What are you going to do? As Supply Chain Specialist, CEMEA, you will drive operational excellence and executional activities across Nike's marketplace supply chain processes to deliver financial and operational targets while supporting our distributor business across the Middle East, Eastern Europe and North Africa. - Act as the Supply Chain voice for your accounts and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive service excellence and profitable growth. - Support and execute pre-season, in-season and post-season supply chain activities, including order management, shipping and delivery processes. - Partner closely with Sales, Planning, Finance, Logistics and Transportation teams to ensure aligned marketplace execution. - Monitor operational performance, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions to improve service, inventory health and business results. - Represent Supply Chain within cross-functional teams and influence inventory management and marketplace decisions through data-driven insights. - Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives, applying project management skills to simplify processes and enhance operational efficiency. - Flexibly provide subject matter expertise to support critical business priorities across EMEA Supply Chain when needed.
