Purpose We are looking for a Supply Chain Software Specialist who will act as a bridge between business and IT. This role is responsible for providing daily support to end users on Supply Chain applications, primarily IFS and NADIA. The position focuses on application functional support, including analyzing and resolving functional issues, and coordinating with IT or external support providers when technical issues need to be addressed. Knowledge and Competencies · IT Tools and application : Knowledge of IT tools and applications and related procedures for given environment and ability to apply this knowledge and/or perform the function management to provide high quality operational services · Systems and Technology : Ability to update the system administration and provide necessary maintenance. Ability to execute regular systems integrity checks. Ability to diagnose origin of system problems and provide solution suggestions as well as select and implement (new) systems and upgrades when necessary. · Incident Management: Understand incident classifications and tiers, ability to report and record incidents in relevant incident recording platform. Ability to develop incident investigation scope and perform incident investigation, using root cause analysis methodologies. · Inspection, testing, commissioning and monitoring: Ability to specify, develop and oversee inspection, testing, quality control and monitoring programs including selection of tools, techniques and safety systems for parts, products and systems. · Purchasing Tools and Process...
