About this vacancy As a foreman, you are responsible for the daily management of projects within underground infrastructure. You connect planning, execution, and engineering, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Responsibilities: - Managing technicians, work preparers, and engineers - Preparing daily and weekly schedules and monitoring progress - Coordinating the installation and replacement of cables and pipelines - Ensuring safe and high-quality execution (safety first) - Maintaining contact with clients, subcontractors, and stakeholders - Monitoring project costs and handling administration - Timely identifying bottlenecks and making adjustments as needed You are the main point of contact on-site and continuously maintain a balance between planning, quality, safety, and budget. What we expect from you - You are decisive, strong in communication, and take responsibility for the results of your projects. - MBO-4 or HBO education (technical) - At least 2 years of experience as a supervisor or similar - Knowledge of underground infrastructure (gas, water, electricity) - Possession of relevant certifications (such as KIWA) is a plus - Good communication skills - Driver's license B - Strong in organizing, planning, and leadership What you can expect from us At TMC, we believe that you can achieve your best when you are provided with the right support, freedom, and development opportunities.
