Job requirements Tasks and responsibilities As a Supervisor at Barraca Amsterdam, you will be responsible for daily operations and ensuring the ultimate guest experience. You will: - Coach and manage the service team and hostesses and motivate colleagues on the floor; - Be ultimately responsible for sales processing; - Be jointly responsible for creating schedules and purchasing; - Maintain an overview during busy services and switch gears quickly when necessary; - Ensure the quality of service and products; - Create a positive working atmosphere that combines hard work and fun; - Be an accessible point of contact for guests and employees; - Be jointly responsible for opening and closing the restaurant; - You are willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. - You handle all incoming reviews.
