Within our styling/production department you will work on the production, construction, control and maintenance of decorations. During the decoration season • Decorating artificial Christmas trees, garlands, wreaths and other decorative products; • Building decorations according to design and quality standards; • Assembling products for projects; • Checking materials for quality and completeness; • Repairing and improving decorations where necessary; • Ensuring a neat and safe workplace; • Collaborate with colleagues to get projects done on time. Outside the decoration season • Checking returned decorations and materials; • Carrying out repair and maintenance work; • Sorting, organizing and cleaning up materials; • Preparing products for the next season; • Supporting operations within the production and warehouse environment; What do we think is important? Who are you? • You have an eye for detail and work accurately; • You have a sense of styling, decoration or creative work; • You are practical and like to get things done; • You see work and take responsibility; • You like to work together, but can also work independently; • You stay calm and organized during busy periods; • You think in terms of solutions and have a positive attitude; • You understand that quality is not a coincidence, but a habit. Your knowledge and experience • Diplomas are not decisive. Work mentality is; • Experience with decoration, styling, flower arrangements or creative work is an advantage; • Experience in a production or warehouse environment is a plus; • Technical insight is a plus; • You can get by in Dutch and/or English.
