Rolomschrijving: Verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp en de levering van structurele engineering voor complexe superjachten (50-140 m), en het begeleiden van engineers.
Vereiste kwalificaties: Afgeronde relevante opleiding in Naval Architecture of Naval Engineering, 5+ jaar leiderschapservaring in scheepsbouw, kennis van 3D CAD, FEM en regelgeving.
Vaardigheden en ervaring: Sterke expertise in scheepsontwerp, veiligheid, regelgeving (LR, SOLAS), en FEM/vibratie-analyses; ervaring met Siemens NX is een plus.
Werkcondities: Werken aan innovatieve superjachten boven de 100 meter, met een focus op technische eigenaarschap en coaching van collega's.

Take technical ownership and lead engineers. You act as a key point of reference for your Structural colleagues, using your expertise to coach and support others through advice and guidance. Profile Do you have what it takes to be a Project Engineer Structural for Superyachts? • You have a completed degree relevant in the field (Naval Architecture or Naval Engineering). • You have 5+ years of leadership experience within shipbuilding engineering, also experience as a Structural Engineer. • You have knowledge of modern 3D CAD, PLM and/or FEM applications (experience with Siemens NX is a plus). • You have strong expertise in ship design (preferably passenger vessels over 50 meters), safety and regulations (LR, REG LY Code, SOLAS), and FEM and vibration analyses.
