What you'll do - Lead the daily operations of the store to ensure excellent presentation, smooth processes and a welcoming environment for customers and colleagues. - Drive sales performance by coaching the team, setting clear targets, monitoring KPIs and acting on insights to improve results. - Recruit, train and develop store colleagues; create schedules, manage rotas and ensure optimal staffing for peak times. - Own stock management and inventory procedures, including stock counts, replenishment and loss prevention measures. - Maintain visual merchandising standards and execute local store windows, displays and product placements in line with brand guidelines. - Deliver exceptional customer service and manage customer issues with a solution-oriented approach. - Organise and host in-store events and community activities to strengthen local brand presence. - Complete administrative tasks, sales reporting and cash handling procedures accurately and on time.
