It is important that you are available to work opening (start at 05:30 AM) and/or closing shifts (till 12:00 AM). Your shift lasts a maximum of 8 hours. In October, this location will undergo a major renovation into a larger, newly designed store. You will have the unique opportunity to be involved from the very beginning! Prior to this, you will be partly trained at Julia's Amsterdam Sloterdijk, so you can confidently start working in the new store. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, is confident, and enjoys leading a team. What will you be doing at Julia's? Care, that's what it's all about for us. For the traveler who quickly wants to grab a latte, a freshly baked sandwich, or a warm pasta to go. Benvenuto! • Preparing fresh cappuccinos, baking bread rolls, and readying our fresh pastas for travelers catching their train • Cleaning your workspace to ensure hygienic working conditions • Serving customers quickly and friendly at the counter • Closing the store independently, so it's important that you are 18 years or older You need the following to work with us: you must already have a work permit (we will not help you with a work permit), a Dutch BSN number, a Dutch telephone number and a IBAN banknumber. What we offer • Are you 21 years old or older? Then you'll earn €14.99 gross per hour, excluding any applicable allowances. If you're under 21, the youth wage according to the CAO Horeca applies • Additional employment benefits on top of the Hospitality CAO • The opportunity to receive a permanent contract after 7 months • A fixed number of working hours per week. Flexible shifts - this is not a typical 9-to-5 job • The dynamic atmosphere of a busy railway station and great colleagues • Up to 60% discount at various shops located at train stations • A possible travel allowance of up to €10.50 per day (for journeys of 10 km or more).
