As a Steward/Afwasser, you will be responsible for maintaining exceptional cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout our kitchens and back-of-house areas. Working closely with the kitchen team, you will play a key role in supporting efficient operations and creating a safe, organised, and welcoming environment for both guests and colleagues. Responsibilities - Clean and maintain china, glassware, silverware, kitchen utensils, and chefs' equipment to the highest standards - Carry out dishwashing and deep-cleaning duties for kitchen machinery, kitchen areas, storage facilities, and back-of-house colleague areas - Ensure all cleaning activities are completed in accordance with hygiene, HACCP, Health & Safety, and company standards - Support the kitchen and Food & Beverage teams by maintaining clean, organised, and safe working environments - Report maintenance issues, incidents, accidents, and safety concerns while following company procedures and guidelines - Communicate effectively with colleagues and contribute to a positive and efficient team environment Essential Requirements - Positive attitude and willingness to learn - Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hygiene standards - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Flexible availability to work different shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required - Ability to communicate effectively in English - Eligible to work in the Netherlands Preferred Requirements - Previous experience in a Steward, Kitchen Porter, Cleaning, or Hospitality Support role - Basic knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and cl
