Sr. Logistics Coordinator (Automotive) | Payroll or Freelancer

Our client is looking for a Senior Logistics Coordinator for a 6-month project + potential for extension. You bring 3+ years of experience in automotive or related and strong english communication skills. Description • Manage end-to-end inbound and outbound logistics flows across markets and compounds • Coordinate with carriers and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely execution • Act as a key point of contact for operational issues and resolve disruptions proactively • Support flexible execution across markets as part of a shared operations team • Identify process inefficiencies and drive continuous improvement initiatives • Develop and maintain standardized workflows, SOPs, and best practices • Monitor KPIs and support root cause analysis for performance deviations • Contribute to automation, system improvements, and data quality enhancements • Support logistics projects, including new market setups and process rollouts Profile • Immediately available for 32 - 40 hours/week • Can commute to Amsterdam at least 2 times per week • Fluent English; Dutch is a plus • Strong ownership of operations and accountability for end-to-end delivery • Understanding of logistics KPIs, performance drivers, and cost impacts • Adaptability in a fast-paced and evolving operational environment Job Offer • Contract for 6 months, with a possibility of extension • Work week of 32 to 40 hours • Salary between €4,500 and €5,500 gross per month based on full-time employment, depending on experience • For freelancers: €50 - €60 per hours based on experience • Pension scheme • Travel expense reimbursement
