We are looking for a new Solution Owner Subscriber Solutions - Amsterdam - 40 Hour - ENENNL In this role, you will be at the foundation of our new B2C IT organization. With your vision and leadership, you ensure reliable, scalable, and future-proof customer data, CRM, and financial systems. Together with your team, you are responsible for setting the strategic direction for automating the management of our subscriptions. Your impact will be significant and directly affect our millions of subscribers across all our brands. You will be responsible for integrating our five subscription systems into one unified system for the Mediahuis Group. Everything starts with capturing our business processes; in the next phase, you will design an automation strategy at group level. In this, you will act as a key figure and must be strong in stakeholder management, connecting with our B2C directors and their teams. In the first phase, the focus will mainly be on rollouts across our different entities, where you and your team will play an important role. After successful implementation, your team will remain responsible for maintaining and further developing customer data systems and automated subscription processes.
