Your mission This role is about setting technical direction, not just programming. From early design phases through to commissioning, you are closely involved in the full lifecycle of our machines. With a strong focus on software design, structure, and technical leadership, you guide the team through complex technical changes Responsibilities - Define, own and develop the software of our nanoimprint machines - Hardware oriented programming (PLC / Structured Text, Beckhoff TwinCAT, Python) - Act as technical lead and make and guide the team in software design decisions. Ensure specifications, test plans, and test results are well documented and reviewed - Formulate the software project plan and report on performance, together with the Project Manager and other parties concerned based on requirements - Support testing and commissioning new machines and act as escalation point for complex issues - Drive a First Time Right approach through a clear action plan and diagnosis in case of problems - Handles complaints & escalations to ensure accurate and ...
