You don't just manage accounts manually; you are constantly looking for ways to automate workflows and utilise AI tools for smarter targeting, dynamic creatives and in-depth data analysis. What will you be doing? • Strategy & Management: You will build and optimise high-end campaigns in LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Facebook Business Manager and TikTok Ads. • Innovation: You will experiment with new channels and implement AI solutions to minimise manual work and maximise results. • Data & Tracking: Using Google Tag Manager, you'll ensure that every conversion is measurable and translate raw data into crystal-clear recommendations. • Client relationship management: You will act as a strategic sparring partner for your clients. You think three steps ahead and build lasting relationships. • Team spirit: You'll share your knowledge of the latest advertising trends and automation hacks with your motivated colleagues. You are a 'digital native' who understands that advertising in 2026 requires a mix of data, psychology and technology. • Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years' (Mid-level) or 4-5 years' (Senior) experience in an agency setting. • Toolbox: Expert in Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok Ads. Experience with GTM is essential. • Tech-savvy: You have a strong affinity for AI-driven optimisation and automation tools. • Qualifications: Minimum higher vocational education (HBO) level of working and thinking. • Personality: Excellent communication skills, proactive and a true team player who enjoys going the extra mile.
