As a Site Manager, you take on a versatile and challenging role in which you contribute to the successful delivery of logistics automation projects across the Benelux. You work on long‑term projects and are structurally present on the project site from Monday to Friday throughout the entire project period, regardless of its location. As a result, frequent overnight stays on site are a standard part of the role. Your responsibilities include: - Acting as the primary on-site contact for the customer, the international project team, and third parties regarding local project execution; monitoring task allocation, addressing stakeholders on their responsibilities, and coordinating communication between all parties. - Monitoring the project scope and identifying, assessing, and following up on deviations and disruptions (claim, risk, and escalation management). - Serving as a troubleshooter: proposing improvements, making decisions, and coordinating implementation, all in close alignment with stakeholders. - Assisting in drafting, monitoring, and adjusting project documentation as needed; recording project progress in relevant systems; and preparing and presenting progress reports. - Responsible for on-site safety and compliance with applicable specifications and guidelines.
