As a Site Engineer, you improve the operation by turning observations on the shop floor into practical changes. You analyse processes, spot issues early, and develop solutions that are realistic in daily practice. From proposal to implementation and testing, you guide the full process and make sure improvements land in the operation. You work closely with operations, support teams, IT, and customers. In a setting with high dynamics and tight timelines, you bring structure and clarity. You understand how systems and processes influence each other and ensure changes fit both the operation and the people who work with them. Safety, quality, and process discipline are part of your daily routine. You monitor progress, measure the effect of your work, and make sure improvements remain sustainable.
