GXO is looking for a proactive and experienced Site Controller to join our team in Lelystad . In this role, you'll work closely with key stakeholders and Site Manager to drive financial performance and support strategic decision-making. What you do on a typical day As a Site Controller you are giving advice in all business relevant questions to site leadership in controlling and financing aspects. Your key responsibilities include: • Advising site leadership and site manager on financial and controlling matters • Leading month-end and year-end closing procedures • Managing full P&L • Developing and maintaining robust internal control systems • Leading the budgeting and weekly and monthly forecasting process, taking corrective actions when needed • Creating sales invoices for completed services and discuss this with the site manager and the customer • As a finance business partner you are collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify cost drivers and improve financial outcomes What you need to succeed at GXO We're looking for someone who is analytical, hands-on, and ready to make an impact.
