What will you be doing? As shift manager you are responsible for the activities in the store when the assistant store manager and the store manager are absent. Your tasks are therefore very diverse and depend on what needs to be done on that day. For example, you will be involved in: - Supervising the progress/quality of execution of activities - Monitoring health, hygiene, and safety regulations (HACCP, personal protective equipment, etc.) - Ensuring sufficient stock and checking the deliveries - Evaluating work processes and procedures in order to improve them if necessary - Drafting periodic reports - Taking care of the financial and administrative handling of purchases and sales - Handling leave requests - Selecting new employees - A very varied job! Who are you? As shift manager at Domino's you get a lot of responsibility and you have to set an example for your colleagues.
