It asks for flexibility in your rhythm - in return you get several consecutive days off at each shift changeover, and considerably higher pay (see below). Where you will work You will join a technology-driven manufacturing company in the Venlo region, part of an international parent group. This is a large, highly automated production environment where orders come in digitally and are turned into finished products for customers across Europe every day. Not a traditional factory: a modern setting where technology, data and craftsmanship come together. Following an expansion of production capacity with a new production line, we are looking for five Shift Supervisors who want to become the beating heart of the floor: leading people, keeping processes sharp and putting safety first. What you will do You lead your shift from start to finish. You open the day with a short team meeting around the core themes - safety, quality, delivery, cost and productivity - so everyone knows where things need to go. You coach your people: you give feedback, guide them and help them grow. You are on the floor yourself, because that is where you solve things. When quality or a process runs into trouble, you analyse and act. And you work closely with the Maintenance and Quality teams to keep the environment safe, organised and efficient.
