Due to the growth of our service operations, we are seeking a Service Work Planner. Job description As a Service Work Planner, you ensure that our technicians can perform their work optimally. You understand the technical requirements and translate these into meticulous preparation and planning. You work closely with technicians, service coordinators, and suppliers to ensure that everything is arranged before a project begins. Your Responsibilities • Preparing service work on marine engines • Identifying and preparing necessary parts, tools, and documentation • Coordinating with suppliers and internal departments • Supporting project planning and progress • Organizing practical matters such as travel and accommodation for technicians • Identifying bottlenecks and contributing ideas for solutions About you You are a technical person who likes to maintain an overview and thinks ahead. • Vocational education (MBO) level of work and thinking, with a focus on technology • Experience as a mechanic or in a technical role (preferably in the maritime, automotive, or industrial sectors) • You are looking to transition into a coordinating/planning role • You work in a structured manner and think in terms of solutions • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) • Fluency in Dutch and English What we offer • A competitive salary commensurate with your experience • Company-provided laptop and phone • Plenty of training opportunities • Employment terms in accordance with the Metalektro collective bargaining agreement • An informal work atmosphere with dedicated colleagues Why Koedood?
