VONMARCKEN Vonmarcken B.V. supplies, installs and maintains high-quality laboratory and medical equipment for hospitals, medical institutions, pharmacies, GPs and industrial clients throughout the Benelux. From our head office in Montfoort, we coordinate all activities - from sales and service to logistics and support. Our service department is the company's calling card: we make sure that clients are not only satisfied with their purchase, but can also rely on optimal performance of their equipment in the long term. ROLE As Service Engineer , you are the technical face of Vonmarcken at the client. You carry out maintenance, repair, inspection and installation work on our equipment, and are at the same time an important link between service and sales . Through your client-oriented attitude, you spot commercial opportunities, give expert advice and contribute to a lasting client relationship. You report your findings and improvement proposals to the Service Team Leader , and work closely with the sales and service team. What will you do? - Carrying out maintenance, inspections, repairs and installations of laboratory and medical equipment. - Spotting sales or replacement opportunities at clients and passing these on to the sales department. - Advising clients on the optimal use and maintenance of equipment. - Reporting technical and commercial findings to the service team leader. - Thinking along about process improvements and client-oriented solutions. - Carefully recording work carried out in service reports.
