As a Service Coordinator / Planner, you are the driving force behind a smoothly running service organization. You ensure logical and efficient planning, continuously align with customers and internal stakeholders, and keep a close eye on ensuring that technicians, resources, and parts are available at the right time. With your overview and proactive communication, you prevent bottlenecks and respond promptly to changes or delays. You liaise daily with service, customers, the warehouse, and administration, and monitor delivery times and parts availability, working closely with purchasing. In addition, you support invoicing by ensuring complete and correct information and make an active contribution to improving and standardizing work processes. You work closely with Service Engineers and understand exactly what they need to perform optimally, and with the Qualifier who provides first-line service - this is how you make a difference for both colleagues and customers.
