Reporting to the Engineering Director of the Technology Center, you will act as the technical owner for the Beta Lactam formulation area, ensuring manufacturing equipment is delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with GMP standards. Working in a multidisciplinary project team, you will collaborate closely with automation, process, mechanical, HVAC, commissioning & qualification engineers, project managers, end users, and external engineering partners across Europe. Key Responsibilities - Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the formulation area. - Lead the engineering, installation, commissioning, and qualification of complex manufacturing equipment. - Support equipment FATs at supplier locations. - Drive technical problem solving and continuous process improvements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to deliver safe, compliant, and cost-effective solutions. - Apply Lean Six Sigma and Change Management principles to optimize processes and support project execution.
