As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will own the technical relationship with customers while partnering closely with your Client Executive to drive business outcomes, winning together across both existing accounts and net-new opportunities. You will design, architect, and configure solutions across complex enterprise environments, manage multiple deals at various stages (from new logos to long-term strategic accounts), and bring the art of what's possible to every engagement. This role blends deep technical expertise, strong channel collaboration, and a high-energy, team-first culture where we work hard, win together, and actually enjoy doing it. Job Requirements - Proven (4 year +) success supporting enterprise or large customers in complex sales cycles (preferred financial services sectors experience) - Engage customers in forward-looking conversations around AI readiness, data strategy, hybrid cloud, and disaster recovery - Strong knowledge of Data Storage, Data Protection/Continuity (including Cyber), Virtualization, Containers and ideally Cloud architectures. - Strong discovery, communication, and presentation skills, able to translate technical capabilities into clear business value - Collaborate with client executives, channel partners and specialists to deliver seamless outcomes and drive demand generation, enablement, and joint selling motions. - Demonstrate ownership of issues / solutions / architectures in customer or partner environments and work with extended team to help resolve for delivering the highest customer experience. - Strong expertise in Technical Pre-Sales, with the ability to do hands-on POCs and conduct technical workshops - Ability to assist in creating ROI/TCO overview and competitive advantages of solutio...
