Senior Project Controller - Rotterdam - The Hague Rotterdam, Zuid-Holland Vacaturebeschrijving Organization For a word-leading company in the offshore industry market, we're looking for a Senior Project Controller. The organisation has several specializes in design and execution of large and complex offshore projects. This position is part of a new and fast developing team (8 FTE). As a Senior Project Controller you have a proactive attitude, self starter and an excellent communicator who collaborates with stakeholders. Function - Drive the financial cycle (budgeting, forecasting, actuals) for major CAPEX projects in close partnership with project management; - Provide actionable financial insights and enable strategic decision-making through robust business cases; - Establish project structures, allocate budgets, and oversee cost control at both project and budget owner levels; - Prepare monthly cash flow projections; - Analyze and interpret budget variances; - Coordinate planning processes for complex investment projects; - Deliver day-to-day financial and administrative support to project teams; - Identify and execute initiatives to enhance cost and cash efficiency Requirements - A bachelor or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field; - At least 5 years experience with project control, preferably related to CAPEX projects; - Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus; - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; - Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch is a plus Offer - Salary up to €6,500 per month plus pension and performance-based salary raises and bonuses; - 30 days' annual leave, flexible working arrangements; - Extensive training and development programmes, including study budgets and coaching; - Flexible working hours; - Hybrid working model: one day per week from home after your initial onboarding period; - Providing sponsorship Information - For more ...
