Do you want to be part of a team driving strategic innovation and product development? To strengthen our Program Management team, we are looking for a Senior Program Manager. In this role, you will lead complex new product development (NPD) projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization. You will manage the project portfolio for Maxi-Cosi car seats, overseeing the planning and execution of product development projects for premium juvenile products. These products combine safety, functionality, and aesthetics at the highest level. You ensure projects are delivered on time, within specifications, and within budget. While project scope may vary, your primary focus will be on innovation-driven initiatives.
