The Senior People & Culture Business Partner strengthens Patagonia EMEA's organizational effectiveness by advising managers and teams on people-related topics across the employee lifecycle. As the dedicated Business Partner for Finance, Operations, and IT, the role supports organizational health and performance within these functions by applying established frameworks to employee relations, organizational planning, and people processes. Operating across multiple countries, the position ensures consistent, compliant, and values-aligned practices while contributing to the implementation of regional priorities.
