Key responsibilities - Plan, scope, and deliver end-to-end operational audits, including risk assessment, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up. - Evaluate process design and control effectiveness across business functions; identify root causes and improvement opportunities. - Develop clear audit reports with actionable recommendations, agreed management actions, and realistic timelines. - Partner with stakeholders to influence change, monitor remediation progress, and validate closure of findings. - Manage audit projects, timelines, and resources; ensure adherence to internal audit standards and methodology. - Support continuous improvement of audit tools, analytics, and procedures; contribute to the annual audit plan.
