We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join our high-tech R&D and engineering team, where you will develop cutting-edge solutions for the next generation of semiconductor equipment. In this role, you will work within a multidisciplinary team of top-tier engineers, pushing the boundaries of motion control accuracy, cost-of-goods, thermal stability, dynamic behavior, and mechanical robustness. As a senior professional, you will provide technical guidance and coaching to less experienced engineers, acting as a knowledge expert within projects. This is not a people management role; however, strong technical seniority, expertise, and the ability to support peers are essential. - Mechanical design of high-precision modules and systems used in advanced semiconductor manufacturing. - Translate system requirements into robust mechanical concepts, detailed designs, and validated solutions. - Develop, review, and support the team to create cost, mass and accuracy critical modules and parts. - Perform complex analyses (e.g., FEM, thermal, vibration, dynamics) to ensure optimal system performance. - Interpret FEM reports and incorporate analytical findings into design improvements and engineering decisions. - Collaborate closely with mechatronics, electronics, optics, and manufacturing engineering. - Drive continuous improvement-in design quality, development processes, and product performance. - Ensure your designs remain manufacturable, cost-effective, and compliant with industry stan...
