Core Responsibilities - Own end-to-end SAP Finance workstreams, from discovery and solution design through build, test, deployment, and hypercare. - Advise stakeholders on SAP finance process transformation, target operating models, and best practices. - Lead workshops to gather requirements and translate business needs into SAP Finance configurations and functional specifications. - Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies; ensure high-quality deliverables. - Oversee integration points across SAP modules and related systems; coordinate with technical and data teams. - Mentor consultants and managers; contribute to practice development, proposals, and client relationship growth. Required Skills & Experience - Strong SAP Finance functional expertise (e.g., FI/CO; exposure to S/4HANA Finance preferred). - Proven leadership in advisory and implementation projects, including stakeholder management and team delivery. - Finance process knowledge (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash) and controls-oriented thinking. - Ability to produce clear documentation: requirements, process maps, test scripts, and training materials. - Excellent co...
