We are looking for you, (Senior) Manager, Operational Readiness & Assurance Excellence (OR&A) We are hiring an Operational Readiness & Assurance Excellence (OR&A) professional within the Investment Project Excellence team/Competence Center department. In this role, your core challenge is to further develop our owner-operator key capabilities, ensuring requirements for asset operability, maintainability, and reliability are systematically embedded into early project phases. You will focus on developing global OR&A processes and practices, enabling our project teams to eliminate startup delays, optimize life-cycle costs, and secure long-term asset value. You will interface globally across Neste's businesses and functions, bringing people together and bridging the gap between project planning, execution teams, and operations.
