You need the following qualifications for the position of Senior Manager Cryptography: • Minimum of 8 years professional experience with a focus on security and cryptography; • Demonstrable experience leading client engagements and delivering end to end solutions; • Proven business development experience: pipeline generation, bid management, commercial negotiation and closing deals; • People leadership: hiring, performance management, mentoring and team scaling; • Understanding of cryptographic algorithms, key management, PKI, HSMs and post-quantum cryptography concepts. • Must hold a valid passport issued by an EU/EEA country.
