You operate at the intersection of business strategy, change and employee engagement. You work within the Stakeholders and Sustainability team and report to the director communications, with a strong focus on HR topics and in close alignment with the CPO. In this role, you independently lead complex communication programmes and advise senior stakeholders across the organisation. You challenge, guide and support leaders in translating strategy into communication that creates understanding, alignment and action. You oversee communication from strategy to execution and know how to navigate a dynamic international environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders. You bring structure, clarity and direction while continuously strengthening the impact of internal communication across Van Oord.
