The role is clearly focused on translating financial data into forward looking insights and improving processes and reporting. You act as the right hand to the Senior Manager FP&A and are an important sparring partner for various stakeholders within finance and the business. In this role, the focus is less on traditional accounting and more on analysis, improvement and supporting decision making. As a Senior Financial Controller (FP&A), you work closely with Business Control, Financial Control and other stakeholders to increase financial transparency and further strengthen performance management. Profile - Completed academic degree in Finance, Business Economics, Accounting or similar - Approximately 8 years of relevant experience in financial control, FP&A or performance management - Experience within a professional or knowledge intensive organisation (for example professional services) is a strong plus - Strong analytical and fact based mindset - Ability to present complex information clearly through reporting, presentations and visualisations - Strong advisory skills and ability to influenc...
