They are looking for a commercially minded Senior Financial Analyst to take ownership of financial control for the European entities while acting as a trusted business partner to senior leadership. This is not a traditional accounting position. Working within a shared services environment, you will focus on interpreting financial information, challenging outputs, supporting strategic decisions, and ensuring strong financial governance. Description Responsibilities About You - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or another quantitative discipline. - Several years of experience within Financial Control, Controlling, Audit or Financial Analysis. - Strong understanding of IFRS and financial reporting. - Experience with month-end close, reconciliations and financial controls. - Exposure to tax, statutory reporting or audit is advantageous. - Advanced Excel skills and strong affinity with financial systems and data analysis. - Commercial mindset with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights. - Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced international environment. - Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
