What our Senior Financial Accountants do - Own the financial administration of multiple legal entities, taking end-to-end responsibility from invoice processing to reporting - Act as the right hand to the Finance Manager and support the day-to-day coordination of Record-to-Report activities - Support month-end close processes, helping to plan, prioritise, and deliver accurate and timely financial reporting - Prepare, review, and post journal entries, including accruals, prepayments, estimates, and corrections - Review and reconcile general ledger accounts across multiple entities prior to consolidation - Partner with colleagues across stores and HQ, providing meaningful financial insights and support - Support payroll accounting processes and perform related reconciliations - Assist with cash management activities, including payment runs and VAT submissions - Maintain fixed asset and prepaid expense registers and ensure related reconciliations are accurate - Contribute to business cases, financial analyses, and other ad hoc projects - Support the annual audit process and collaborate with external auditors - Drive continuous improvements in financial processes, reporting, and ways of working You have - A solid foundation in accounting and finance, supported by a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - 5-7 years of relevant experience in financial accounting or a similar role - Strong analytical skills and a genuine interest in understanding the story behind the nu...
