As a Senior Field Quality Professional, you will play a key role in connecting our customers and service teams with internal engineering and manufacturing functions. Your focus will be on understanding how our products perform in the field, identifying quality issues, and driving them towards effective and sustainable resolution. You will collect and analyze field quality data, investigate product failures, and support root cause analysis for complex or recurring technical issues. Working across multiple teams, you will help translate field feedback into clear technical insights and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented and followed through. In this role, you will work closely with Engineering, Service, Manufacturing, and other quality stakeholders.
