As our Senior Data Scientist, you turn complex data into meaningful insights that help organizations understand and improve the working lives of their people. You'll use data, AI, and machine learning to make a real difference both within Effectory and for our clients across the globe. Every day, you work to develop and apply data-founded additions to our products and services. You'll explore and connect data from a multitude of sources and bring creativity into how we use data in innovative ways. You'll design and evaluate AI models, from traditional machine learning to LLMs, ensuring that our clients gain deeper, more actionable insights from their feedback. Integrating diverse techniques from predictive quantitative models to in-depth textual data analysis, you look beyond the basics and build sophisticated analyses that deliver deep insight for our customers. Effectory is growing and so is our approach to data. This role isn't set in stone; you'll have the freedom to shape it, experiment with new ideas, and actively contribute to our agile way of working.
