Key Responsibilities - Design and implement data governance frameworks, operating models, and policies (e.g., data ownership, stewardship, classification, retention). - Define and manage data standards, business glossaries, metadata management, and data lineage practices. - Establish data quality rules, monitoring, issue management, and remediation workflows with measurable KPIs. - Partner with business and technology stakeholders to align governance with business strategy and regulatory requirements. - Support governance tooling selection and adoption (e.g., catalog, DQ, MDM), including requirements and rollout plans. - Facilitate workshops, document decisions, and produce clear deliverables (roadmaps, RACI, playbooks, controls). - Enable change management through training, communications, and stakeholder engagement. Required Skills and Experience - Proven experience delivering data governance programs in complex, enterprise environments. - Strong knowledge of data management concepts: metadata, master data, reference data, data quality, and data lifecycle. - Familiarity with privacy and compliance expectations (e.g., GDPR/CCPA or industry-specific regulations). - Ability to translate business needs into governance controls and actionable requirements. - Excellent stakeholder...
