Trusted by organisations including KPN, Rijksoverheid and Atos, Ubiqu is at the forefront of Europe's rapidly evolving digital identity landscape. We're now looking for a Senior Controller to join our Team and help drive the next phase of growth, funding, and scaling. What's the role? • Own the full finance function (reporting, control, cash, compliance) • Act as sparring partner to the CEO and Management • Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance insights • Support funding rounds and investor processes • Manage cash runway and financial strategy Key responsibilities: • Run the full finance function day to day - bookkeeping, monthly close, reporting and internal controls. • Own budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow planning, and keep a clear view of runway at all times. • Produce monthly management reporting and turn the numbers into insights the CEO and management team can act on. • Act as financial sparring partner to leadership, supporting commercial decisions, pricing and business cases. • Manage relationships with the accountant, auditors, tax advisors and banks. • Support funding rounds and investor processes - data rooms, financial models and due-diligence requests. • Safeguard compliance: VAT, payroll, statutory filings and grant/subsidy administration (e.g. WBSO). • Strengthen finance processes, tooling and controls as the company scales. Key requirements: • 4-8 years in finance (Big4, scale-up, or similar) • Strong in accounting + financial analysis • Hands-on, pragmatic, and comfortable in a scale-up • Ambition to grow into a senior finance leadership role Who are we?
