As a Senior digital transformation consultant, you adopt an integrated perspective and approach. You are a strategist, information analyst, and facilitator all at once. In this role, you provide advice on strategic initiatives: you assist with strategy development, organize its implementation, or both. Stakeholder and change management are crucial in this process. Your task is to engage and facilitate employees at all levels of the client organization as they undergo a digital transformation. You will navigate between strategic, tactical, and operational levels. You help organizations strengthen their operations by guiding them through their digital transformation and assisting them in developing the skills needed to manage it. This includes: - At the strategic level: defining the strategy to achieve a digital transformation. - At: the tactical level: shaping the strategy by making decisions regarding the deployment and use of (new) digital technology, in collaboration with the client. - At the operational level: implementing (new) digital technology and developing the new skills required.
