WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH Local Creation is Nike's local creation engine - designed to deliver product with speed, relevance, and cultural authenticity. Business Integration enables Local Creation to operate as a connected system by aligning strategy, people, processes, and tools across engines, brands, and geographies. You will be part of the EMEA Local Creation Business Integration team, partnering closely with Footwear and Apparel Design teams, as well as Product Management, Development, Merchandising, Costing & Sourcing, and Operations partners. You will also act as a key connection point between EMEA Local Creation and Global Design Excellence and Design Operations teams, helping to align processes, tools, key moments, and ways of working across the design community. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Integration, you will help create the conditions that allow designers to focus on what they do best: creating outstanding products for athletes and consumers.
