Scope of the Role Within the Skin Care Brand team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Brand Manager for Biodermal Face Care. In this role, you are responsible for the Biodermal brand and marketing activities in the Dutch market. Together with the Marketing Manager Skin Care, the Brand Manager Biodermal Sun & Body, and the Marketing Assistant, you form the team that contributes to the development of Biodermal. You also work closely with Category Management, Media Management, Sales, Finance, Supply, Regulatory Affairs, and Central Marketing. You report to the Marketing Manager Skin Care. Responsibilities: Your activities are broad and include independently developing, implementing, and evaluating product and brand plans within the category and brand strategy. Biodermal is a very strong local brand for which the strategy and communication is coordinated with the central skin care team but is implemented locally. You are responsible for the growth of Biodermal through: - Analyses - analyzing brand and product results, trends and dynamics in the market as well as determining the impact and actions this entails. You substantiate the plans with clear business cases. - Innovations - you are the commercial owner and project manager for the NPD plans. Together with the central innovation and marketing team, you draw up long-term innovation plans, and you roll out the plans with the local team. - P&L - responsible for the Biodermal Face P&L, both topline and bottomline.
