Your Role We're looking for a Senior Bid Manager to take full ownership of Fastned's most important bids and proposals; from initial qualification all the way through to final submission. As a central and experienced figure within the Tender team, you will lead mid-to-high-complexity tenders with precision and strategic clarity, collaborating closely with commercial, technical, legal, and finance teams to craft proposals that are fully compliant, competitively priced, and compellingly positioned to win. You will also serve as a natural point of reference for local execution leads and programme managers, sharing knowledge generously and helping the whole team grow together.
