Senior AI Deployment Manager

Senior AI Deployment Manager Carv works with enterprise organizations to redesign how hiring operates at scale using AI. Our customers are not adopting isolated tools. Rather, they are changing workflows, systems, and decision-making across recruiting operations. As AI Deployment Manager, you will work directly with enterprise customers to design and validate AI-driven solutions in real operating environments and ensure those solutions are successfully deployed. You will operate at the intersection of customer engagement, solution architecture, and internal execution, translating customer reality into clear, actionable requirements to partner with Product and Engineering for execution. This role is customer-facing, outcome-driven, and requires comfort operating in ambiguity. You will not write production code. You will own the end-to-end deployment process. ### **What you will do** * Partner with Sales during defined stages of the enterprise sales cycle to validate value in real customer workflows. * Lead deep discovery with customer stakeholders to understand current processes, systems, constraints, and success criteria. * Guide customers through complex architectural and operational tradeoffs. * Design end-to-end solution architectures that define how Carv integrates into the customer's operating model. * Clearly articulate what value will be demonstrated during deployment and what is required to scale beyond initial validation. * Make scope and tradeoffs explicit, including: * Existing vs. planned product capabilities * Non-committable or out-of-scope requirements **Execution \& Delivery Ownership** * Own deployment from kickoff through validated outcomes. * Define success metrics jointly with customers and track progress against them. * Identify technical, operational, and organizational risks early and communicate them clearly. * Produce clear, structured artifacts for Product and Engineering, including: * Prob...
