The challenge As a (Senior) Account Manager at Hero at Schiphol, you work from one of the most dynamic locations in the flexible staffing market. Hero Schiphol serves major clients, including complex MSP projects, and you are the face of the organization to these clients. Hero places more than 2,000 interim professionals with clients across the Netherlands, from government institutions and technology companies to financial service providers. You manage your own portfolio, build relationships at a strategic level, and ensure clients become true fans of Hero. Hero grows by 30 to 40 percent annually, and at Schiphol you feel that energy most strongly. You work closely with recruiters and together you form a team that delivers time and time again. What will you do? - Building, maintaining, and expanding client relationships with major organizations - Proactively identifying commercial opportunities and converting them into business - Realizing The Perfect Match together with recruiters - Field management: maintaining contact with interim professionals on client sites - Negotiating contracts, rates, and framework agreements - At senior level: coaching junior colleagues Who are you? - At least 3 to 5 years of experience as an account manager in staffing or recruitment - HBO level of thinking and working - Strong in relationship management and commercially sharp - Experience with large clients and/or MSP projects is a plus - A team player with a winner's mentality - Available 40 hours per week, working full-time at the Schiphol office What can you expect from Hero?
