Within this fleet we have vacancies for Officers and Ratings, licensed for vessels above 3000 GT and 3000 kW. Can we entrust you with an expensive ship? Transportation of forest products such as paper, pulp and sawn timber is a core activity next to project cargoes, generals, containers and bulk. One day you could be loading paper in the depths of a Baltic winter and a couple of weeks later discharging in the tropics. Then again, it could be containers or a complicated project cargo - always a lot of work and never a dull moment! Your qualifications • Used to working with European crew. • Experience with Wartsila engines is an advantage but not required. • Familiarity in electrical system of the engine and in troubleshoot ships cranes. • Hands on mentality, motivated and committed to the vessel, hard working • Good command of English language • Welding is also a requirement. • Familiarity with 24 hour watch schedule in engine room is an advantage but not required.
