Je zult je bezighouden met: · Opruimen, schoonmaken en inrichten van het hele gebouw: de theaterzalen, cursusruimtes, danszalen, sanitaire ruimtes, openbare ruimtes, kleedkamers en kantoren. Bij MIMIK gaat het daarnaast ook om de filmzalen en de horeca; · Zo nodig wat lichte onderhouds- en reparatiewerkzaamheden; · Signaleren en doorgeven van aanvulling voorraad, schade, gebreken en andere onregelmatigheden. Wie ben jij? · Je weet van aanpakken en hebt bij voorkeur ervaring in de schoonmaakbranche; · Je hebt oog voor detail, bent representatief en hebt een servicegerichte instelling; · Je bent flexibel inzetbaar, ook op avonden en in weekends volgens een wisselend rooster met het hele schoonmaakteam; · Je hebt wat digitale basisvaardigheden (voor verlofaanvragen en je rooster); · Affiniteit met cultuur, film en theater maakt je werk nóg leuker! ENGLISH MIMIK is Deventer's premier cultural venue, beautifully situated on the banks of the IJssel. It is both a modern arthouse cinema and a theatre with a flat floor, where you can also enjoy delicious food and drink. Every year, MIMIK welcomes over 140,000 visitors to its film and theatre performances. With a team of over 40 staff and more than 100 volunteers, we are delighted to surprise and enrich our visitors. The Deventer Schouwburg is one of the 30 largest theatres in the Netherlands. It features two auditoriums, spacious foyers, over 200 performances annually, and an equal number of in-house, local, cultural, educational and commercial events and productions. Together, these attract more than 110,000 visitors, whom we are delighted to welcome with our team of over 60 staff members and 60 volunteers. The Deventer Schouwburg is transitioning from a provider of culture to a promoter of culture. MIMIK and the Deventer Schouwburg work closely together: a single cleaning team of seven staff members handles the cleaning for both theatres and the catering facilities. MIMIK and Deventer Schouwburg place great importance on hospitality, good facilities and hygiene. To ensure we can continue to meet these standards, and due to ever-increasing visitor numbers, we are looking for a flexible and enthusiastic cleaner who is available mainly at weekends, in the mornings and evenings. Cleaner (16 - 24 hours per week) What will you be doing? As a Cleaner, you will contribute to our hospitality and hygiene standards. Your duties will include: · Tidying, cleaning and organizing the entire building: the theatre auditoriums, training rooms, dance studios, toilets, public areas, changing rooms and offices. At MIMIK, this also includes cinema auditoriums and catering facilities; · Carrying out light maintenance and repair work where necessary; · Identifying and reporting the need for stock replenishment, damage, defects and other irregularities. Who are you? · You are a hands-on person and preferably have experience in the cleaning industry; · You have an eye for detail, are presentable and have a service-oriented attitude; · You are flexible in terms of working hours, including evenings and weekends, according to a rotating schedule with the entire cleaning team; · You have some basic digital skills (for leave requests and your rota); · An affinity with culture, film and theatre makes your work even more enjoyable!
