Hours per week Your profile and background - Strong analytical thinking: You assess risks, evaluate data, and optimize processes with precision. - Highly proactive and self-driven, with a proven strong ownership mindset. - Collaboration and coordination: You work effectively across departments and stakeholder levels. - Improvement mindset: You continuously seek better ways of working and share lessons learned. - Ability to demonstrate experience with offshore assets and offshore maintenance operations. - Willingness and ability to work offshore, if required. - Working and thinking at HBO level or Master in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering , or a related technical field. - Proven experience in SAP (S/4HANA) including a solid track record in configuring master data, managing work orders, and optimizing maintenance processes within complex asset-heavy environments. - Competent with data analysis and reporting and ability to translate data into actionable insights. - Experience in IT/OT environments combined with knowledge of auxiliary systems. - Knowledge of asset management principles and offshore maintenance workflows. - Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, job plans, and asset data. - Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Competent in maintaining excellent relationships with offshore field service engineers. - Experience in technical or infrastructure-related environments is a plus. - Fluent in English, verbal and written .
