Requirements: - Strong SAP CS configuration and integration expertise in SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA Service. : 10 + Yrs - Hands-on experience in Service Notifications, Service Orders, Service Contracts, Warranty Management, Installed Base, Equipment, Functional Locations, Serial Number Management, Service Confirmation, Repair & Return processes, Resource Planning & Scheduling, Billing integration, and Service Reporting. - Experience in SAP CS integration with SD, MM, PM, FI/CO, and QM modules. - Ability to gather business requirements and prepare functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration documents. - Knowledge of SAP technical concepts including IDocs, BAPIs, BADIs, User Exits, Enhancements, Workflows, and SAP Fiori applications for Customer Service. - Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, upgrade, migration, or AMS support proje...
