As a Sales Operations Employee at Nedap, you are the connecting link between our international customers, Business Partners, and colleagues within the Sales team. Every day, you process incoming requests from our shared mailbox, support order processing, and assist customers and partners with questions about pricing, deliveries, and products. Thanks to your accuracy and attention to detail, orders are processed correctly and on time, ensuring our operational processes continue to run smoothly. Within the Sales Operations team, you play an important role in the day-to-day operation of our business. Sales Operations is the first point of contact for our Business Partners worldwide and supports the delivery of our solutions to leading retailers such as H&M, Lidl, AS Watson, PVH, G-Star, and Lululemon.
